Bluebell Walks in Coventry
It is officially bluebell season and I wanted to share with you my Top 5 woodland bluebell walks in Coventry.
Each year I wait in anticipation for the bluebells to come out.
First in the woodlands you see the wood anemone come out and then you know next it will be the bluebells.
For me, it’s the first sign of Spring with longer days and woodlands walks with the dogs without all the mud!
I wanted to share with you some of my favourite bluebell walks in Coventry I enjoy to go to.
Bluebells come out in bloom from mid April to the end of May.
They are beautiful to see in the woodlands as there is often a sea of bluebells.
I enjoy taking the dogs for a walk when they come out and love to get the obligatory picture of them with the bluebells.
Remember please be careful not to step and trample on the bluebells as by doing this it can cause long-lasting damage and they may struggle to reproduce next year.
It is best to enjoy them from the pathways instead of walking on them.
